K 99 Baji ("K 99", "we", "us") is an online betting and gaming platform based in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the K 99 website and mobile application.

Account Registration
A valid account is required to use K 99's services. All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Each individual may register only one account.
- Your real name, mobile number, and address must be provided when creating an account.
- An NID or passport may be required for identity verification.
- Users are responsible for keeping their account password private and secure.
- K 99 must be notified of any changes to your information
- Creating an account under someone else's name or a false identity is strictly prohibited.
- If a single individual holds multiple accounts, all associated accounts may be closed
- Using or sharing another person's account is strictly prohibited.
Age Requirement & Eligibility
Strict Age Limit: K 99 services are strictly for users aged 18 and above. Use of K 99 by anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited.
K 99 is committed to responsible gaming. Protecting minors is our highest priority. Any account created using a false age will be closed, and all funds may be forfeited.

Withdrawal Rules: KYC (identity verification) must be completed before making a withdrawal. We recommend withdrawing via the same payment method used for your deposit.

Betting Rules
The following rules must be followed when betting on K 99. They are in place to ensure a fair and enjoyable gaming experience for all users.
The minimum bet amount on K 99 is ৳20. Maximum bet limits vary by match and market.
Odds in Live Betting change in real time and may be updated until a bet is confirmed.
If a match is cancelled for a valid reason, K 99 reserves the right to void the bet and refund the original stake.
Cash out value is determined by the market at the time of the request. All cash out decisions are final.
Match Fixing & Fraud: K 99 maintains a zero-tolerance policy against match fixing and all forms of fraud. Any account found engaging in suspicious activity will be suspended immediately.
Bonuses & Promotions
K 99 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions, each with specific terms that must be followed. Eligibility for any bonus is subject to meeting the relevant conditions.
- Each bonus may only be claimed once (where applicable)
- The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 30x (bonus amount × 30).
- Bonus validity period is generally 30 days.
- Wagering requirements apply to winnings from free spins as well.

Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the K 99 platform. These rules apply equally to all members.
- Using K 99 for money laundering or any illegal transfer of funds
- Use of bots, automated software, or hacking tools
- Bonus abuse or bonus hunting
- Attempting match fixing or gaining any unfair advantage
- Stealing another user's information or defrauding other users
- Operating multiple accounts under the same person
- Attempts to gain unauthorized access to K 99 systems
- Providing a false identity or fake documents
Consequences: Involvement in prohibited activities may result in immediate account closure, balance forfeiture, and legal action where necessary.
Account Closure & Suspension
K 99 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances.
Accounts may be temporarily suspended during identity verification, investigation of suspicious activity, or resolution of security issues.
Accounts involved in prohibited activities, fraud, or repeated violations of our terms will be permanently closed.
Users may request account closure at any time by contacting K 99 Support. Any valid balance will be available for withdrawal before the account is closed.

K 99 takes the privacy of your personal information very seriously. We are fully transparent about how we collect, store, and use your data.

Limitation of Liability

- Losses resulting from the user's own errors or negligence
- Issues arising from sharing account credentials with others
Compensation Limit: K 99's total liability shall not exceed the value of the transaction in question under any circumstances.
Updates & Changes to Terms
K 99 reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time and will notify users of any changes.
For major changes, at least 7 days' notice will be given in advance. Minor changes or corrections may be made without separate notice.
Continued use of K 99 after updated terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
